About Noise Remover

Free audio denoising that runs entirely in your browser.

What is Noise Remover?

Noise Remover is a free web tool that removes background noise from audio and video recordings using AI. It runs entirely in your browser, so your files are never uploaded anywhere.

It works well for podcast recordings, Zoom calls, voice-overs, or videos filmed outdoors. There's no software to install and no account to create.

How it works

Noise Remover uses an AI model trained on thousands of hours of speech and noise to reconstruct clean speech directly. Unlike older approaches that simply try to subtract noise, the AI learns what clean speech sounds like and rebuilds it. This produces more natural-sounding output, even with difficult noise like wind, crowds, and HVAC systems.

The AI model runs directly in your browser. No GPU required. On a typical laptop, a 5-minute audio file processes in under a minute.

How privacy works

Most online audio tools send your files to a server. Noise Remover doesn't. The AI runs in your browser, so your audio stays on your device.

There are no accounts, no data retention, and no upload logs, because there's nothing to retain. If you're working with sensitive recordings, that's the whole point.
