The short version
Your audio never leaves your device. Processing happens entirely in your browser. We don't upload, store, or have access to your audio files. We collect some anonymized analytics about page visits, but nothing about your audio.
Audio processing
When you process an audio or video file:
- The file is read into your browser's local memory.
- The AI model, downloaded to your browser on your first visit, processes the audio on your device.
- The processed output is available for you to download.
- No part of your audio file is sent to any server at any point.
- When you close or leave the page, the audio data is cleared from browser memory.
There is no server endpoint to receive your files. Audio upload is not just disabled, it doesn't exist.
Data we collect
We collect some anonymized data to understand how the tool is used:
- Page view analytics: We track which pages are visited and how users navigate the site. No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. This data is aggregated and can't be tied to individuals.
- Basic usage metrics: We may record anonymized events like "processing started" or "processing completed." No audio content or file metadata is included.
- Server logs: Our web server logs IP addresses as part of normal HTTP operations. These logs are kept for a limited time for security and debugging and aren't used for tracking.
We don't use tracking cookies, build user profiles, or sell data.
Model downloads
On your first visit, your browser downloads the AI model files from our server. Your browser caches these files, so later visits load the model locally. The download is a normal HTTP request, so it shows up in our server logs (IP address, timestamp, file requested).
Third-party services
We use a few third-party services:
- Google Fonts: Font files load from Google's servers. Google may log these requests. You can block this with browser settings or extensions if you prefer.
- Hosting: The site runs on standard web hosting. The provider processes HTTP requests as part of normal operations.
We don't use ad networks, tracking pixels, or other data collection services.
Children's privacy
Noise Remover is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this service, please contact us.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
